For Siddhivinayak Jewels (Jewellery)

We offer Lifetime Exchange on most jewellery items. Conditions apply:

Exchange allowed for equivalent or higher value product.
Original invoice and certificate required.
Products must be in original, undamaged condition.
No cash refunds; only exchange or store credit.
Custom‑made jewellery cannot be exchanged unless defective.

For Sun Knitter (Fabrics)

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

Unopened, uncut, full rolls only.
Defective or wrong product delivered (must be reported within 48 hours).

Refunds will be processed within 7‑10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the error is ours.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Note: For jewellery, we recommend video‑calling verification for returns/exchanges to ensure authenticity and condition.

Non‑Returnable Items

Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).
Personalised or customised jewellery.
Fabric that has been cut or washed.
